The show aims to create a community where individuals can share their stories, gain insights, and support one another in navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with this transformative stage of life. By promoting a positive outlook on aging, the podcast seeks to redefine what it means to thrive after 50.
I've built successful life enrichment and educational programs at the high school, college and community levels for over 35 years. I received a bachelors degree at Florida State University and a masters degree at the University of Central Florida. I also was certified as a life and stress management coach through the Spencer Institute and the Heart Math Institute back in 2005. I have now focused my efforts on retirement coaching.
I love to have discussions that broaden perspectives and deepen understanding of ourselves and each other. My Meaning and Moxie After 50 Podcast is my platform to have some of those conversations as well as my online courses and 1:1 coaching that help people design the life they want in their retirement years.

I was lucky enough to marry my college sweetheart and we've raised two wonderful children. In my free time, you will most likely find me playing outside somewhere, traveling or spending time with family and friends.
